Thapanan Ek-in (Yord), Deputy Managing Director

Mr. Thapanan Ek-in holds a Master's Degree in Housing Development (MHD, Excellency) from Chulalongkorn University and a Bachelor of Science (Agricultural Economics) from Prince of Songkla University. Moreover he has a Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation from Thammasat University. He became a member of the Valuers Association of Thailand. He was the senior Valuer of Bangkok Property Appraisal. Previously he was the Deputy Managing Director of The Department of Property Valuation & principle valuer T A management Co., Ltd. before joining A.I.D.

 

Mr. Thapanan is also a part-time instructor of Property Valuation, for related training courses, Housing Development Department, Chulalongkorn University.

Piyanuj Madnurak (Bee), General Manager

Miss Piyanuj Madnurak holds a Master's Degree of Housing Development (MHD, Excellency) from Chulalongkorn University and Certificates in Construction Management and Real Estate Management from Chulalongkorn University & a Bachelor's Degree of Architecture from Rangsit University. Before joining AID she had been working with various real estate leader companies such as working as Researcher for real estate at Knight-Frank Co., Ltd (Thailand) & she has had work experience in the real estate field in Koh Samui for many years.

 

She is a member of the Association of Siamese Architects Under Royal Patronage and a member of the Council of Architects and holds an Associate Architect License. She is also a member of the Real Estate Broker Association with a Certificate of Excellence Real Estate Agent & Selling Technique. In addition she is a license Broker certified by the Real Estate Broker Association.

Namjai Patanukom (Nhoi), Marketing Manager

Miss Namjai Patanukom holds a Master of Business Administration (Major in International Business) from The National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) and a Bachelor's Degree of Architecture from Rangsit University. She has 5 year of experience in the real estate field .She had been woking as the Marketing Executive for Supalai Plc. and working as a development consultant for Ratchasima Ruengvit2004, before become a part of A.I.D.
